My studio is located on a small narrowboat on the Inland Waterways of Ireland. I am currently cruising along the Grand Canal. Mainly staying around Kildare. This is both challenging and enjoyable in equal parts.

LonesomeBoatman is a green business which has minimal negative impact. All power used making these products comes from renewable energy. Solar Energy is used to manage this website. This reduces impact on the environment.

Firstly, all ingredients used are plant based. Secondly, they are 100% natural and cruelty free. Thirdly, all of these natural organic products are produced as responsibly as possible.

I source eco friendly Soy Wax, Shea Butters, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Hempseed Oil, Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Essential Oils to make the best products possible at a very affordable price.

I plan on growing the range as I progress. It is a wonderful challenge trying to expand the business outside my tiny home.

Do you care about the products your family use, and what are you doing to ensure they are environmentally sound? Responsibly sourced Ingredients are very important when making balms. A lot of thought and consideration goes into making products which work as good as these. Considering the challenges of working in such a small space I believe these are superior than anything else out there on the market. I try to be constantly evolving my process and improving on the range of products I make.

Eco friendly products which are designed to work gently and in harmony with your body.  Perfect for all skin types. Nourish dry, cracked and sensitive skin. Safe to use externally.

I never use any chemicals in the production of any of my products. I keep everything natural. Due to 100% natural ingredients, colours and consistency may vary across the range.

I currently have 7 flavours of Lip Balm. A Hand Salve and a super Body Balm.
Also I have 2 varieties of Beard Balm and a Bare Balm which is perfect for the face after a shave.
